Each team coach/mentor email address can receive an email with completed scoresheets and rubrics attached after the conclusion of your event.

Access

Users with the Admin role can publish results from the teams page.

Confirm you’re ready to publish

  • Check that all team coach/mentor email addresses are correct
    • Teams without any contact emails will not receive results
  • Confirm all scoresheets are submitted
    • Only submitted scoresheets will be included
  • Confirm all rubrics are complete
    • Partial rubrics will be sent, but ensure any feedback you want to include has been entered

Results can only be published once, so double-check you’re ready before publishing.

Publish results

Tap the Email results to all team contacts button. It may take a minute for all scoresheet and rubric PDFs to be generated and sent to all contacts.
